Do I use the same log in info to access both my daily statements and the trading platform, for example, Sierra Chart?

No. Once you fund your account, we send a request to our clearing firm to set you up on your platform of choice.  They will send you an email with a different username, password and instructions on how to download your new online trading platform.  Please note that although most requests are processed within the same business day, it may take up to 24 hours.  If you do not receive your username and password within 24 hours, please contact our office for assistance. We kindly ask that you verify your spam folder before contacting us if you have not received credentials within 24 hours.
