ADMIS Funding Instructions

You may deposit funds to your futures trading account in the following ways:

1. Checks (U.S. Only) -Please make checks payable to "ADM Investor Services, Inc."
All instruments, including bank/cashier checks/personal checks, may require up to ten (10) business days for bank clearance.  Any checks made payable to Optimus Futures WILL NOT be accepted. Users who deposit via check will now be charged $15 per transfer.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ADMIS IS NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING CHECKS MAILED TO THEIR OFFICES. PLEASE USE MOBILE DEPOSITS INSTRUCTIONS BELOW TO DEPOSIT CHECKS. 

2. Mobile Deposit
Check Deposits is a feature in the “My ADMIS” mobile app that provides a fast and secure way for clients to deposit checks into their trading accounts. This function replaces the need to deliver physical checks to Optimus Futures. Instead, ADMIS clients can submit a check image using their smart phone by following the instructions here: ADMIS Smart Phone Check Deposit

3. Bank Wires (the recommended method) 
ADMIS considers wires as cleared funds and allows you to trade immediately upon receipt of funds. Please see below for our wiring instructions for US Dollars. If you would like to send your funds in another currency, please contact our office for the appropriate wiring instructions.

4. ACH Transfer (U.S. Only)
ADMIS considers ACH Transfers as cleared funds and allows you to trade immediately upon receipt of funds. ADMIS will only accept domestic ACH Transfers within the US. Please see below for our ACH instructions.

5. Account Transfers
You may complete the account transfer form included in your futures trading account application if you are a new customer. If you did not complete the form with your application, you may complete and sign the account transfer form attached here ADMIS_Account_Transfer_Letter.pdf and fax to 561-367-0905 or scan and email to accounts@optimusfutures.com along with a copy of your last account statement.  Generally, a transfer from another brokerage firm will be considered as cleared funds. This method can take up to 3-5 business days to complete.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO THIRD PARTY CHECKS, WIRE TRANSFERS, ACH TRANSFERS, OR ACCOUNT TRANSFERS ARE ACCEPTED BY ADM INVESTOR SERVICES, INC.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please be aware that all deposits MUST go to our clearing firms. Optimus Futures, LLC is a registered broker with the CFTC and does not hold customer funds. 

All deposit instructions are available on our website or sent via email from the accounts@OptimusFutures.com email address.

Employees, brokers, or directors do not correspond over their personal email for deposit purposes.
