Data fees apply to traders that access live quotes and charts through their trading platforms.
The current monthly market data fees for Non-Professional Subscribers are as follows:
*Level I displays the best bid-offer-volume quotes in real-time, also known as Top of Book, and can be used on quotes and charts. Not available for Professional Subscribers.
Level II, also known as Order Book or Market Depth, displays all Limit Orders that have been sent to the exchange and can be used on the DOM.

What is the difference between a non-professional and professional?
The criteria to qualify as a Non-Professional Subscriber are outlined in the Non-Professional Subscriber Certification Form here.
Any Subscriber who does not meet the qualifications of a Non-Professional Subscriber will be considered a Professional Subscriber. Notwithstanding anything herein, CME reserves the right in all cases to make a final determination as to whether a Subscriber is a Non-Professional or a Professional. CME reserves the right to amend this policy or terminate reduced fees for Non-Professionals at any time.
ALL USERS WILL BE PROFESSIONAL SUBSCRIBERS BY DEFAULT
It is extremely important that all NON-PROFESSIONAL subscribers complete the CME Group Non-Professional Self Certification Form and send back to our New Accounts Department to avoid being charged professional rates.

When and how are the CME market data fees charged to my Optimus Futures account?
Each clearing firm (FCM) operates differently depending on the agreement they have with the data providers. Some may charge at the beginning of the month, while some may charge in the middle of the month for the previous month's subscription. Depending on the clearing firm you establish your account with, we will let you know when the charges will occur. Your fees will be shown on your account statement.
