How do I know your clearing firm (FCM) is in good standing?

Every individual futures broker, Introducing Broker firm and Futures Clearing Merchant (i.e. clearing firm) is a member of the National Futures Association. As such, it is simple to check with the NFA to verify that any of these people or entities are properly registered and have an active status – in other words are permitted to conduct business with the public. All our clearing firms are registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and a member of the National Futures Association (“NFA”) as a Futures Clearing Merchant (“FCM”).
